(4) You must not upload images or files which are copyrighted and you do not have permission to use them.
(5) No spamming (sending unsolicitated bulk email) your site via e-mail, websites or Newsgroups.
(6) No individual file may be greater than 5000 Kb. (5 megabytes)
(7) You agree that it is YOUR (the members)
responsibility to keep current copies of all files you upload and create here
at Dreamwater Free Web Space. You also agree that in the event of your account and (or) files being lost or deleted, Dreamwater will not be held legally or financially responsible for the loss.
(8) Unlike other services we make NO CLAIM on the copyright of your work. You may delete your account at any time and take your work with you.
(9) You agree that if your account is deleted for breaking our terms and conditions OR you wish to leave before the end of your agreed period of web hosting you accept that Dreamerwater Concepts offers no partial payments or refunds of any kind for the remainder of the agreed upon period.
(10)If you purchase a 6 month or 12 month account we do offer refunds or partial refunds if you decide to leave before your account expires. We also do not offer refunds for any accounts we close early due to breaking any of the terms and conditions set forth here. In the event that you are incorrectly charged by the credit card processor in any way we will issue an imediate refund.
(11) We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement
at any time.
(12) We make no guarantee of our service and its uptime, we strive for 100% uptime but sometimes matters are out of our hands.
(13) By signing up and paying for a Dreamwater Pro-Account you agree that you are solely
responsible for the content of your website and any legal
situations and costs that may arrise from your content and that you agree
to all the above terms and conditions.
